| This view is looking South at the Atlantic Coast Line side of the station. The clock tower is a new addition that the city thought would help the appearance. I think it detracts, personally. The overpass in the background is the Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expy., and one of the reasons the REA and Baggage buildings were torn down. The high rise in the background stands right next to the old SAL Port of Tampa Yard. |
